EG Electronics offers both passive matrix OLED (PM-OLED) as well as active matrix OLED (AM-OLED). This is a very spectacular technology which is being used in many new and advanced mobile phones for example. At this moment the future availability of AM-OLED in particular is very uncertain though. Especially intended for industrial and medical applications that require stable production for at least 3-5 years and a reliable E.O.L. announcement.
